السَلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ Internet acting up مَا شَاءَ اللهُ تَبَارَكُ الله I ordered this book with a few others, and due to the carelessness of mailman, it arrived...destroyed! How?! Listen I sent an email and within 1hr the brother responded, not just with some regular run around, greedy oh well not our problem, nor send it back you pay for postage THEN we'll dispatch another set BUT you have to pay for insurance. THATS ABSOLUTELY NOT WHAT I READ. What read was, "I just packed and mailed out the books with a paid return label" DONE!!! Like for real?! Deen first here!! To add the books came in 1 and 1/2 days because he did it when the truck was being loaded that very night. This book was detached from the cover, like the mail WOMAN was like "omg I have to woooork, it's super buzy now, omg boo hoo waa waa" (kufr/shirk holiday influx) so they just dropped, tossed and shived the box around. Therefore the edges of the paperbacks became pushed in like a car accident and mindyou now this book Adabul Mufraad is HARDBACK!!! سُبْحَانَ الله and the cover was detached! Wasn't OIB fault, they never sent me books like that before and I sincerely believe that had they noticed their product like that, it wouldn't have been shipped. The noble and careful brother, for the love of the deen and its ilm, shrunk wrapped the books, lined the bottom and PACKED OUT THE CORNERS of this box and the top so beautifully that not even a Jinn had a free ride in it this time, lol. This really makes a difference to me and I will continue to purchase from here. شُكْرًا لَك.
