Ali Muhammad al-Sallabi, commonly known as al-Sallabi, is a Libyan historian, scholar of Islam, and Islamist politician. After being imprisoned by the Gaddafi regime, he left Libya and spend the 1990s learning Islam in Saudi Arabia and Sudan.Sallabi has written a variety of books which have been widely published and distributed to audiences in both English and Arabic by Saudi-based organisations. He is Osama Salabi's son. He is the author of multiple books which are read by followers of all world religions.
